New 2-story 4,200 sq. ft. 4-unit apartment building featuring a symmetrical floorplan for increased economy.  The 2nd Floor is framed with engineered wood product I-joists and the roof is framed with prefabricated trusses.  The seismic force-resisting system consists of conventional wood structural panel shear walls throughout as well as steel prefabricated shear walls at the front elevation.
